Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped after it's confirmed. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed to our carrier and is on its way to the address provided. During peak periods and around holidays, processing time may take up to 5-7 business days. We recommend ordering in advance, especially around Christmas or Easter, to make sure your books arrive on time.
Estimated Delivery Times At Velora, we ship our books directly from our production facility — without a middle warehouse. This means shorter routes, fewer unnecessary CO₂ emissions, and books that arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
The estimated delivery time reflects the total transit time once your order has been handed to the carrier. Here are the estimated delivery windows by region:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America (USA & Canada): 5–9 business days
- Rest of the World: 8–16 business days
Our books are currently in very high demand and are produced in limited print runs. In rare cases, this may lead to slightly longer delivery times. We do everything we can to process every order as quickly as possible. If your delivery is delayed, we will of course inform you.
Please also note that during peak periods, carriers may experience delays in transit times and tracking updates, beyond our control. For international shipments, unexpected customs delays may also extend the total delivery time beyond the estimates provided above.
Order Changes & Shipping Information It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery information entered at checkout is correct and complete. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If an issue is detected, our customer support team will contact you by email within 3 business days to confirm your details. If we do not hear back from you within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at murphy@velora-norden.store. We will do our best to make the necessary corrections — after this timeframe we can no longer guarantee changes, as the order may already be in processing.
Delayed Delivery At Velora, we do everything we can to make sure your order arrives on time and in good condition. However, delays can sometimes occur for reasons beyond our control.
This includes issues at our carrier partners — weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or exceptionally high parcel volumes. In these situations, we work closely with the carrier involved to make sure your package is delivered as soon as possible. During periods of high demand, occasional bottlenecks may also occur. We do our best to keep you informed if your order is affected.
Velora cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external factors. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, but we remain available to keep you updated and help resolve any issues that may arise.
Item Not Received If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly first. Once the package is in their hands, we no longer have direct influence over the rest of the delivery process.

In rare cases, technical issues at the carrier may result in missing or delayed tracking updates. If you have not received your package despite a lack of tracking information, please don't hesitate to reach out — we will help you as fast as possible.
